Acetificio Aretino has been present for 70 years among the major producers of wine vinegar in Italy. It manages a portfolio of its own brands (The Aretino, The Chiantigiano, Casa Verdi) and several private labels.

Acetificio Aretino is strongly committed to research and development of new products.
In 1979, Acetificio Aretino was the first to produce an excellent DOCG Red Chianti Wine Vinegar, typical of the Tuscan territory. The Organic Vinegars, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, Apple Vinegar and Blood Orange Vinegar (the only producer in the world) and Pomegranate Vinegar complete this "Fantasy of Flavors."
Acetificio Aretino is based in the outskirt of Arezzo, Italy, immersed in the countryside. It respects the environment and has a photovoltaic system, which produces more than 75% of its energy needs. Equipped with modern facilities of acidification and bottling, with a production capacity of over 100,000 bottles a day.
Acetificio Aretino at present is strongly positioned in the Italian market, with opportunities and increasing attention to EU and non-EU markets. It has been present for years in the United States of America, Japan, Australia, Brazil and South Africa.

The vineyards: for over three generations, the wise experience handed down from Grandfather Francesco and Dad Angel, our company produces grapes from vineyards owned. The company is located in Italy, typical area of Primitivo di Manduria, in contrada “Cameli” and “Janni”, from which the name of our best wines derives.

The company has a total area of approximately 30 hectares of vines, and produces only Primitivo di Manduria. The vineyards, planted mostly with “Apulian sapling”, growing on average clay soils and soils of “terra rossa”, enjoying the sun as well as gentle and breezy winds.

Aided by this favourable terrain and climate i and my brothers Francesco and Valentino, take care personally of the cultivation of the vineyards that is executed with modern techniques, but with the utmost attention to ecological and biological balance, and with great respect for the environment and for the plants.
The work in the vineyard is meticulous: after the careful pruning phase, in good time, we proceed to a thinning out of bunches and to their exposure to the Sun to have a selected daily production 50-60 quintals per hectare

Cantina Sassarini is a family winery that has preserved the winemaking tradition of the Cinque Terre since 1968, celebrating it as a symbol of a harsh and difficult-to-cultivate region.
The winery was founded by Natale Sassarini, which first recognized the quality and interest associated with the production of Cinque Terre wine, appearing as a trailblazer in the identification of the Controlled Designation of Origin in 1973.

Natale Sassarini built his winery and gathered around him numerous farmers who incessantly cultivated their vineyards with pride and mastery. Today his horizon seems to merge with the horizon of all the winemakers of the Cinque Terre and his son Giancarlo, who proudly carries on the work he began over half a century ago.

Our company, inaugurated in 1968 along the Napoleonic road between Treviso and Venice, features a 60s Avant-Garde style that respects the environment. We uphold this commitment today, generating 70% of our energy through solar panels.

We export coffee to 30 countries and have a branch in Vienna since 2019. We employ 35 skilled people and 23 Commercial Agents. For over 30 years, we have roasted organic coffees certified by Fairtrade. Since 2016, we have been FSSC 22000 certified. Additionally, since 1997, we are members of CSC (Certified Specialty Coffee) and actively support the UNESCO candidature of Traditional Italian Espresso.

Made from 100% Sardinian sheep’s milk in full compliance with PDO regulations.

Pecorino Camedda:
Aged Pecorino cheese with a dense, white paste. Minimum aging: 90 days. Cylindrical with a smooth surface, 16 cm in diameter, 10–12 cm in height, weighing 2.7–3.5 kg; rind smooth and black. Rich aroma, mildly sweet and tangy when young, developing a pleasantly piquant flavor with aging. Enjoy as a table cheese, grated, or as a versatile ingredient in cooking.
