“Le Monocultivar” line is an invitation to discover Puglia through its three most emblematic cultivars: Coratina, Peranzana and Ogliarola. Each variety is masterfully represented, not only in the intense and distinctive flavors that characterize each oil, but also through the vivid illustrations on their respective packaging.
“Le Monocultivar” project focuses on the superior quality of the oil we produce. The three prized oils are the result of an extraction process that takes place within two hours of the olive harvest, which takes place in early October. This method, known as “early harvest“, is essential to preserve the aromatic integrity of the oil, ensuring that each bottle reflects the freshness and harmony of flavors of the freshly picked olives. - Countries of Trade
