100% Muristellu – one of Sardinia's rarest indigenous grape varieties, recently linked through DNA analysis to wild Sardinian vines, suggesting ancient domestication. A true expression of Sardinian terroir that cannot be found elsewhere. Handpicked grapes from estate vineyards on granite sandy soils near the Mediterranean Sea. Gentle destemming, temperature-controlled fermentation with frequent délestage, aged 14 months in stainless steel unfiltered. Aromas of dark berries, blackcurrant, myrtle, blackberries, thyme and graphite. Dry, round palate with soft, gentle tannins – seductive and elegant. Premium Sardinian single-piece natural cork.
