Our cakes have a shelf life of minimum 8 months and can be sold at room temperature. They have been successfully sold in Japan for more than 10 years, at major retailers. This year, we will display our best selling "Ciambella" cakes with 3 flavours : lemon, marble, yoghurt, as well as Tiramisu cake and also special cakes for Christmas and Halloween.
