Since 2001 Sorrento Sapori produces savoury frozen snacks made of pizza dough.We bake over 90 million pieces annually,exporting to Europe and Overseas.All the snacks are shaped by hand, stone oven baked and deep frozen. The success is driven by our Sorrentina and Piccoli, two products, respectively of 110g and 30g, boat-shaped.They combines the traditional pizza concept with the modern snack vision. Our factory is certified BRC,IFS,BIO,FDA equipped with modern machineries.Since 2025 we joined the swiss group IDAK FOOD, implementing the range of pizza-base products to offer: from pizza-snacks to classical round pizzas.
