100% Cannonau – Sardinia's noble red grape, genetically identical to Grenache but with unique island character. Named after the prestigious Cangrande Award received at Vinitaly 2017 by winemaker Daniela Pinna. Handpicked grapes from estate vineyards on granite sandy soils. Temperature-controlled fermentation with frequent délestage, aged 18 months in stainless steel plus 12 months in French Allier oak barriques. Bright ruby red, intense spicy aromas, cherry, blackberry, cinnamon and vanilla notes. Elegant palate with velvety tannins, long persistent finish. Pairs beautifully with tuna and red-flesh fish. Premium Sardinian single-piece natural cork. Certified sustainable (SQNPI) and Vegan. Currently not imported in Japan – partnership opportunity.
