"Rosé di Una Notte" – A rosé born from one night skin contact. 100% Cannonau (Grenache), Sardinia's noble red grape, harvested at dusk and macerated for just 8 hours overnight, creating its signature deep coral-pink color. Aged minimum 12 months on lees in stainless steel for complexity and structure. Aromas of rose petals, violet, pomegranate and red currant. Fresh, sapid, elegant – a gastronomic rosé with character. Distinctive glass stopper (Vino-Lok) preserves freshness and eliminates cork taint. Certified sustainable (SQNPI) and Vegan. Boutique production by winemaker Daniela Pinna. Currently not imported in Japan – partnership opportunity.
