LAIT’s Pecorino Romano PDO is a hard cheese with a bold aroma and rich, savory flavor. After 5 months of aging, it is ideal as a table cheese, while over 8 months it becomes an excellent grating cheese for pasta, sauces, and fillings. Made from 100% Sardinian sheep’s milk and produced in full compliance with PDO standards, it is a highly acclaimed dairy excellence worldwide.

Pecorino Sardo Maturo PDO:
LAIT’s Pecorino Sardo Maturo PDO is a versatile aged cheese with a compact texture and pleasantly tangy flavor. Young, it is soft and delicate; as it matures, it develops greater structure and depth of flavor. Perfect as a table cheese or for grating, it enhances all kinds of dishes. Made from 100% Sardinian sheep’s milk in full compliance with PDO regulations.

Pecorino Camedda:
Aged Pecorino cheese with a dense, white paste. Minimum aging: 90 days. Cylindrical with a smooth surface, 16 cm in diameter, 10–12 cm in height, weighing 2.7–3.5 kg; rind smooth and black. Rich aroma, mildly sweet and tangy when young, developing a pleasantly piquant flavor with aging. Enjoy as a table cheese, grated, or as a versatile ingredient in cooking.
