    The vegetables are grown in fertile soil and optimal climatic conditions to ensure their quality and characteristic flavour.The farmers we select follow sustainable agricultural practices. Harvesting takes place at the right time to ensure that the vegetables are ripe and tasty. Carefully chosen and cleaned, they are then examined to remove any imperfections and cut according to specific requirements.This step is essential to ensure the freshness and quality of the final product.Vacuum preservation process:this method involves removing air from the storage environment and sealing the container or bag.This slows down food deterioration by preventing the growth of bacteria and mould. Vacuum packing helps to preserve the flavour, texture and nutrients of the vegetables. Storage:Vacuum-packed vegetables are stored in cool, dry environments to maintain their freshness and quality at room temperature, but it is often preferable to keep them in the refrigerator to further extend their shelf life.Vegetables are stored away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent nutrient loss and premature deterioration
