  • Usage Scenes(Usage/Recipies)

Luna Rossa is Camminella's flagship red wine, a traditional blend from the Bergamo region based on Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small addition of Pinot Noir. A key feature is that the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes undergo a drying process after harvesting. After a long maceration on the skins and a long ageing in oak barrels, the result is a rich, powerful and sensual wine that stands out for its unique, earthy aromas.
・Enhances dinners on special occasions. An exceptional wine to pair with elaborate dishes.
・Ideal as a gift. The elegance and complexity derived from the grapes grown in this privileged terroir are particularly pronounced.
・Food pairings: braised donkey (local dish), beef fillet in crust, risotto with Brangi cheese and balsamic vinegar, sliced beef, pork stew with polenta.
