Teraoka organic brewing has specialized in producing organic soy sauce and Japanese seasonings in Hiroshima since founded by Goichi Teraoka in 1887. We have 2 factories, Kamura factory and Matsunaga factory. Especially KURADASHI soy sauce is the only soy sauce produced at the Kamura Factory. The secret of its soy sauce is the natural microorganisms of more than 135 years traditionally used for fermentation and maturation. It creates rich and complex flavors.
