This special collaboration product, developed by fishermen in Shinminato, Toyama Prefecture, and a brewery in Takaoka, is a ponzu sauce specifically formulated to pair perfectly with sashimi, making it an ideal complement to white fish varieties such as flounder, sole (karei/hirame), and sea bream (tai), while also being excellently suited for use with grilled fish, seafood salads, and yudofu (boiled tofu).
