This soy sauce is made from 100% Ise-Shima's famous Aosa (Hitoegusa), which boasts the highest domestic production in Japan thanks to its famous ria coastline and warm climate, and is carefully crafted by a 200-year-old brewery in front of Ise Shrine to preserve the aroma of the seashore and create a mellow, slightly sweet soy sauce.It is perfect for serving on the table with sashimi, tofu, pickles, rice cakes, etc.
