While we suffered devastating damages in Great East Japan earthquake, 'moromi,' or unrefined soy sauce miraculously survived the earthquake and cultured by expansion. This surviving moromi was used to prepare soy sauce and underwent two harsh summers for maturing, resulting in 'Miracle Soy sauce.' Slow maturing over two summers made tasty regular soy sauce with strong umami. The bottle similar to the traditional soy sauce bottle expresses the 'revival of long-standing soy sauce.'
