Teraoka organic brewing has specialized in producing organic soy sauce and Japanese seasonings in Hiroshima since founded by Goichi Teraoka in 1887. We have 2 factories, Kamura factory and Matsunaga factory. Especially KURADASHI soy sauce is the only soy sauce produced at the Kamura Factory. The secret of its soy sauce is the natural microorganisms of more than 135 years traditionally used for fermentation and maturation. It creates rich and complex flavors. At Matsunaga Factory, we are constantly challenging ourselves by developing new products and introducing new technologies to deliver more products to our customers. Today, our products are available in more than 20 countries around the world. We will continue to develop and propose products that are loved in many countries. Our manufacturing processes are controlled according to JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards). After the registered organization certifies that the product is organic, we can label our products with the "Organic JAS" logo. In October 2024, Teraoka Yuuki Jyouzou (both Matsunaga and Kamura Factories) achieved certification for FSSC 22000, one of the most stringent international food safety standards.
