Nibishi Soy Sauce Co., Ltd. introduces Japanese seasonings developed with overseas markets in mind, based on fermentation expertise cultivated in Fukuoka, Japan. At FOODEX JAPAN 2026, we will present soy sauce, dashi, tsuyu, and ponzu products suitable for both retail and foodservice use.
The focus of our booth is practical product proposals for international markets. While maintaining authentic Japanese flavors, our seasonings are versatile and can be used in a wide range of cuisines, including meat, seafood, noodles, and salads. We introduce usage ideas that consider local food cultures and cooking styles outside Japan.
We also provide clear information for export business, such as shelf life, packaging formats, labeling considerations, and stable supply capabilities. From small trial orders to continuous supply for retailers and foodservice operators, we offer flexible support according to our partners’ needs.
In addition, we welcome discussions on OEM production and flavor customization to suit local market requirements. Through our booth, visitors can discover how traditional Japanese seasonings can adapt to the global food market.
