This delicious naturally brewed reduced-sodium soy sauce is made by using whole soybeans and wheat grown in Japan and sun-dried salt.
As its deliciousness is left as is, only the salt content is reduced by a dialyzer, with the result that the salt content is about half (no more than 9%) compared with ordinary dark soy sauce. - Countries of Trade
