    For soup: Dilute 16 times with hot water.
    Udon: Dilute 10 times with hot water. (It will be more profound if you dilute it with dashi.)
    Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard): 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of white dashi, 2 cups of water. Add ingredients of your choice and steam to complete the dish.
    Fried Chicken: 300g of chicken meat, 1 tablespoon of white dashi, and then cover with katakuriko (potato starch) and deep fry to complete.
