Founded in 1947, we are a small soy sauce brewery in Nagano Prefecture. We have always cherished tradition by brewing soy sauce in wooden barrels. In recent years, we have been producing a variety of sauces, centered around our honjozo soy sauce.
The highlight of our booth this time is the display that cherishes the good old days of "wood," and is inspired by the signboard and cedar barrels that have been in use since our founding.
We look forward to offering samples of soy sauce and soy beans brewed using methods passed down from our predecessors, as well as modern sauces and rice accompaniments. Please take this opportunity to stop by!
