Founded in 1866 in Okayama, Kimise Soy Sauce continues to pursue exceptional taste while honoring its long-standing traditions. We produce a variety of seasonings, including soy sauce and yuzu ponzu.

Our most distinctive feature is the aging process in large Bizen-ware clay vats. The unglazed Bizen stoneware naturally removes impurities, resulting in a remarkably mellow and gentle flavor.

We are committed to safety and peace of mind, using 100% rare Japanese whole soybeans. Since 1998, we have utilized light-shielding paper cartons to preserve quality while reducing our environmental impact.
