Usage Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
For meat dishes: Drizzle directly over steak, BBQ, or grilled meat. The smoky aroma enhances the meat's savory flavor.
For fish dishes: Dip sashimi or sushi in it to draw out the ingredients' deeper flavors. (Especially effective with fatty fish like yellowtail or tuna, or ingredients with strong natural flavors.)
As a secret ingredient: Adding just a small amount to stews or simmered dishes at the end creates a rich, complex depth of flavor. -

Aritaya's Smoked Tamari Soy Sauce is a product that combines Japan's traditional fermentation culture with Western smoking techniques. It features a meticulously crafted tamari soy sauce, aged using the time-honored natural brewing method in traditional wooden barrels, blended with Aridaya's proprietary smoking process (patent obtained in Japan).
The rich umami and depth of the tamari soy sauce harmonize exquisitely with the abundant smoky aroma, primarily from cherry wood chips.
The smoky flavor adds a dashi-like depth, making it recommended for vegans.
As it uses tamari soy sauce made solely from soybeans as its base, this product is wheat-free. - Countries of Trade
