    This richly aromatic tamari soy sauce is brewed using our proprietary method.
    Compared to standard soy sauce, it contains approximately twice the amount of umami components, resulting in a deep, luxurious flavor.
    Its refined and concentrated taste enhances dishes such as steak and tuna sashimi, creating a synergistic umami effect that adds depth and richness to every meal.
    It can also be enjoyed as a hidden accent by adding a small amount to your everyday soy sauce.
