We offer soy sauce made using traditional Japanese methods, miso paste, and other seasonings made with carefully selected ingredients.The bonito used in our seasonings is EU-HACCP compliant, so all of our products can be exported to the EU.
Our brewery is located in Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture, in the Tohoku region in the north of Japan. This region is home to many products that are made with carefully selected ingredients and manufacturing methods.

Since this soy sauce features rich aroma, simply use it after turning off the heat to add a finishing touch to meals and enhance the taste and flavor. It goes well with sashimi of red-flesh fish or beef steak along with wasabi.

While we suffered devastating damages in Great East Japan earthquake, 'moromi,' or unrefined soy sauce miraculously survived the earthquake and cultured by expansion. This surviving moromi was used to prepare soy sauce and underwent two harsh summers for maturing, resulting in 'Miracle Soy sauce.' Slow maturing over two summers made tasty regular soy sauce with strong umami. The bottle similar to the traditional soy sauce bottle expresses the 'revival of long-standing soy sauce.'
