This time, you can enjoy our newly released "Ehime Gyoza." These gyoza are made with carefully selected ingredients from Ehime and seasoned with Ehime-produced "Uwakai Madai Stock" and "Takada Shoten Soy Sauce." The meat is Matsuyama chicken from Ehime, the pork is Fureai Hime Pork, and all the vegetables are from Ehime. Once cooked, they become crispy and juicy "fried gyoza." In addition to store-bought gyoza, we also offer professional-grade gyoza, such as round and chewy "mochi nama gyoza," so please feel free to visit us.

A rum crafted using sake yeast in the mountainous regions of Ehime. We present our WHITE RHUM made from molasses, RHUM AGRICOLE from 100% sugarcane juice, BOTANICAL RHUM infused with various herbs and citrus fruits, and SPICED RHUM with the rich aroma of spices.
We have introduced a new product: a clear-tasting white rum specifically designed as a base for rum cocktails. This relatively affordable rum has been crafted with a neutral flavour profile, enabling it to serve as a Japanese rum base for cocktails.
