    This traditional sekihan (red bean rice) is made by blending domestically grown glutinous rice and non-glutinous rice with Hokkaido red beans, Kyushu black rice, and Japanese glutinous barley.

    Made with 100% domestically sourced ingredients and no artificial coloring, it is enhanced with Kirari Mochi barley (glutinous barley), known for its excellent taste. This addition naturally increases the dietary fiber content, resulting in an authentic and wholesome red bean rice.
