This traditional sekihan (red bean rice) is made by blending domestically grown glutinous rice and non-glutinous rice with Hokkaido red beans, Kyushu black rice, and Japanese glutinous barley.
Made with 100% domestically sourced ingredients and no artificial coloring, it is enhanced with Kirari Mochi barley (glutinous barley), known for its excellent taste.
