    “Amahazuki” is a new sweet potato variety.
    Naturally sweet immediately after its August harvest, it develops a rich, moist texture when baked.
    We deliver sweet and flavorful sweet potatoes from August onward. (Available from August through late October.)

Special Remarks It has a high sugar content and natural sweetness immediately after the August harvest.
Therefore, no storage or post-harvest curing is required.

It also contains a unique “low-temperature gelatinizing starch,” which converts to sugar at lower temperatures than ordinary sweet potatoes when heated, resulting in enhanced sweetness.

The recommended way to enjoy it is as baked sweet potato.
