  • Specialities,Sales point

“Asagiri Green Onions” are grown in one of Ehime’s most fertile regions, richly blessed by mountain and river waters. Taking their time to mature—about 60 days in spring and up to 120 days in winter—they develop into an essential supporting ingredient that enhances the flavor of any dish.

They are known for their crisp texture, clean bite, and excellent flavor and aroma. Cultivated in carefully managed fields near a dam lake, Asagiri Green Onions are harvested in the early morning, often surrounded by a gentle veil of mist that gives them their name.
