A rum crafted using sake yeast in the mountainous regions of Ehime. We present our WHITE RHUM made from molasses, RHUM AGRICOLE from 100% sugarcane juice, BOTANICAL RHUM infused with various herbs and citrus fruits, and SPICED RHUM with the rich aroma of spices.
We have introduced a new product: a clear-tasting white rum specifically designed as a base for rum cocktails. This relatively affordable rum has been crafted with a neutral flavour profile, enabling it to serve as a Japanese rum base for cocktails.

This rum is based on white rum made from Okinawa brown sugar and flavored with several botanicals. Ehime is famous for a lots of different citrus, we use Misyo called Japanese pomelo, its aroma gives cool and refreshing taste. Herbs and botanicals grown on the brewery's premises are also used. The dignified and refreshing aroma is somewhat reminiscent of Japan.

This amber-colored rum is based on white rum made from Okinawan brown sugar and flavored with several spices. In addition to spices such as mellow cinnamon and star anise, it also uses ingredients unique to Japan, giving it a savory flavor not found in other rums. The rum's natural sweetness is blended with the spices, giving it a rich aroma with a refreshing aftertaste.
It can be used in hot cocktails, poured over tea or chai, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream. Just a few drops in your everyday drinks and sweets will give you a different taste.
When drinking it straight, a dash of brown sugar is recommended. It's also good for cocktail, Negroni.

The world’s first Rum made from Ehime sugarcane and Sake yeasts.
We used two types of Sake yeasts, one produces sweetness and banana-like aroma, and the other produces a fresh sour apple-like taste and an anis-like aroma. Wash fermentation periods are relatively longer, 2 to 4 weeks comparing to usual rum. This gave rich flavor to our rum.
This rum is best enjoyed straight, with ice or just soda, as we want you to enjoy the taste of the rum itself.
note: ripe banana, pineapple elements, nutty and some rich oils, slight mint scent.
