“Hokkai Kogane French Fries” — Created with Passion in Japan’s No.1 Potato Town

Hokkaido’s Shihoro Town is known as Japan’s No.1 potato-producing town.
It was here that we set out with one goal: to create the most delicious French fries in Japan. After nine years of trial and error, our passion finally took shape in Hokkai Kogane French Fries.

The flavor of potatoes changes dramatically depending on when they are harvested, when they are processed, and how long they are matured. Through countless experiments, we discovered the perfect timing to bring out the full potential and true value of the Hokkai Kogane potato.

We, atLOCAL, operate Michi-no-Eki Pia 21 Shihoro, a roadside station in Shihoro Town, Hokkaido. At the café inside the station, many repeat customers visit specifically for these French fries, making them the most popular menu item in our store.

This hot pot set was created with the desire to let you enjoy "authentic Ishikari hot pot." The hot pot soup is "buttery miso flavored," and the set includes frozen salmon fillets, salmon fish balls, udon noodles, and dried vegetables. In particular, the hot pot soup, salmon fish balls, and udon noodles were independently developed by the development team (manufacturers in Ishikari City) under the supervision of Sushi Sojuntori Hidaka.

In Takikawa, Hokkaido, "Haruyutaka Cookie Ichisaka" tells a story of family and local pride. Founded by a couple who transitioned from running an izakaya to a cookie specialty shop, the brand was born from a desire to provide healthy, nutritious snacks for their own children.

The star ingredient is the rare "Haruyutaka" wheat from the local Sorachi region. Known as "phantom wheat" for its rich flavor and difficult cultivation, it is paired exclusively with Hokkaido-sourced butter, beet sugar, and Okhotsk salt. We avoid unnecessary additives, focusing on a simple, sincere baking process.

Our signature "crunchy" texture is achieved by stopping the mixing process just before full emulsification, allowing the deep wheat flavor to shine in every bite. These baked sweet potatoes, chips, dried sweet potatoes, and sweet potato amazake (sweet sake) are made with sweet potatoes grown in the Okhotsk region of Hokkaido! Grown in the salty sea breezes of the Sea of ​​Okhotsk, sweet potatoes are exceptionally sweet and develop a rich, brown sugar-like flavor. They also become incredibly sticky when baked.
These nectar-filled sweet potatoes become soft, sticky, and richly sweet when dried.
Our sweet potato amazake is packed with the flavor and savory taste of baked sweet potatoes.

These sweet potatoes have been grown with the thoughts of everyone at Midoriyume Farm and the wind, earth, and sun of Okhotsk.

Exhibit Product We are pleased to offer fresh sweet potatoes grown in Hokkaido (Ishikari area, Oifuru district).

The winds of Ishikari, the region’s sandy soil, and the significant temperature differences between day and night in Hokkaido slowly draw out the natural sweetness of the potatoes. Carefully cultivated and aged through attentive management and thoughtful techniques, these sweet potatoes are characterized by a moist, smooth texture and a rich sweetness that deepens further when roasted.

We cultivate the following varieties: **Beni Haruka, Beni Azuma, Silk Sweet, and Kintoki**.

Although this is only the third year since our first shipment, both the taste and quality have been highly praised by specialized producers in Kyushu.

We have a proven track record of B2B sales, primarily through wholesale distribution, supplying customers both within and outside Hokkaido.

We produce premium grass-fed milk in Hokkaido.
The defining elements of our milk are pasture grasses, water, and grazing. Our pasture management begins with soil preparation. Without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we cultivate seven varieties of grasses so cows naturally receive a balanced intake of protein, fiber, vitamins, and essential nutrients.
A dairy cow drinks about 120 liters of water per day. While many farms use treated tap water, our cows drink natural spring water sourced from mountain snowmelt in Hokkaido. As milk is approximately 88% water, water quality strongly influences its flavor.
Except during milking, cows remain on open pastures day and night, eating, walking, and resting freely. This low-stress environment supports excellent health, resulting in illness and veterinary intervention rates about one-tenth of the national average in Japan. High-quality milk begins with healthy cows.

Alongside Holstein cattle, we raise Jersey and Brown Swiss breeds, achieving milk fat levels above 3.9% in summer and over 4.4% in winter. Despite this richness, the milk is high in unsaturated fatty acids, offering a smooth mouthfeel with depth and a clean, refreshing finish.

Garlic-Infused Salad Pickles These sweet, Japanese-style pickles feature a blend of Hokkaido heirloom garlic and Japan’s northernmost-grown paprika. They are carefully marinated in a rich broth of kombu dashi and premium black vinegar.
