Garlic-Infused Salad Pickles These sweet, Japanese-style pickles feature a blend of Hokkaido heirloom garlic and Japan’s northernmost-grown paprika. They are carefully marinated in a rich broth of kombu dashi and premium black vinegar.

Garlic-Infused Tomato Sauce Made with "Horemaru"—an exceptionally sweet variety of cherry tomato—and Hokkaido heirloom garlic, this versatile sauce is a perfect match for pasta, pizza, and as a gourmet sauce for meat or fish dishes.

Yurinchi (Crispy Chicken) Sauce This sauce showcases the intense natural sweetness of our extra-thick "Snow-Aged" leeks, pickled with kombu and black vinegar. While it is the perfect companion for fried chicken , it also works beautifully as a dressing for chilled noodles or chilled tofu
