As one of Hokkaido's few specialty vinegar shops, we produce and sell fruit vinegars made from Hokkaido-grown fruits, vegetables, and fermented wine. Our vinegars made from Hokkaido's specialty superfood fruit, the haskap berry, and collaborative products with Hokkaido wineries are particularly popular. Characterized by a gentle flavor profile, they soften the sharpness often associated with vinegar, allowing the natural sweetness of the ingredients to shine through. We offer both ready-to-drink cider and types that can be diluted with your favorite alcohol or milk.

OcciGabi Winery is operated by Mr. Kiichiro Ochi, who developed the winery based on models from renowned wine regions such as Germany and California.
