Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa (scientific name: Touki) is a perennial herb in the Umbelliferae family, native to Japan. The roots are used as a herbal medicine called "Touki" and as an ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine. The leaves have a distinctive celery-like aftertaste, and in Europe they are known as "Angel Herb" after their scientific name.Gin is a spirit (distilled alcoholic beverage) that originated in Europe, and is a fragrant drink that is blended with various botanicals (fragrant and medicinal herbs) including juniper berries as its core ingredient. "Angel's Gin" uses angelica leaves from Rikubetsu Town, Tokachi, Hokkaido, and was developed in cooperation with "Shakotan Spirit" in Shakotan Town, Hokkaido. A total of 11 botanicals are blended as shown below.
The moment you sip, you'll sense the elegance of juniper berries, followed by a gradual aroma of refreshing, spicy botanicals. Finally, the distinctive character of angelica leaf emerges, enveloping the entire flavor, allowing you to enjoy the richness and layering of the aroma. Angelica leaf pairs well with meat, fish, and tomato-based dishes, making it a great accompaniment to meals.

Specialities,Sales point
This hand cream was developed in collaboration with a local construction company and is designed for people who work outdoors.
Rikubetsu Town has many people working in primary industries and civil engineering and construction.
We wanted to protect their hands, which are exposed to harsh environments, with plant extracts native to Rikubetsu Town.
This product was created with that thought in mind.
It uses lily of the valley root extract, angelica root extract, and calendula extract as moisturizing ingredients.
All of these plants are grown in Rikubetsu Town, Hokkaido.
It's non-sticky and blends seamlessly into your hands, so it won't get in the way of your work.
This pump-type hand cream has a subtle, refreshing scent of lemongrass essential oil and is easy to use.
The inclusion of Hokkaido deer fat not only enhances the product's moisturizing properties, but also helps make effective use of deer fat, which is often discarded.
