Known as "phantom wheat" for its rich flavor and difficult cultivation, it is paired exclusively with Hokkaido-sourced butter, beet sugar, and Okhotsk salt. We avoid unnecessary additives, focusing on a simple, sincere baking process. Our signature "crunchy" texture is achieved by stopping the mixing process just before full emulsification, allowing the deep wheat flavor to shine in every bite.
