We produce premium grass-fed milk in Hokkaido.
The defining elements of our milk are pasture grasses, water, and grazing. Our pasture management begins with soil preparation. Without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we cultivate seven varieties of grasses so cows naturally receive a balanced intake of protein, fiber, vitamins, and essential nutrients.
A dairy cow drinks about 120 liters of water per day. While many farms use treated tap water, our cows drink natural spring water sourced from mountain snowmelt in Hokkaido. As milk is approximately 88% water, water quality strongly influences its flavor.
Except during milking, cows remain on open pastures day and night, eating, walking, and resting freely. This low-stress environment supports excellent health, resulting in illness and veterinary intervention rates about one-tenth of the national average in Japan. High-quality milk begins with healthy cows.

Alongside Holstein cattle, we raise Jersey and Brown Swiss breeds, achieving milk fat levels above 3.9% in summer and over 4.4% in winter. Despite this richness, the milk is high in unsaturated fatty acids, offering a smooth mouthfeel with depth and a clean, refreshing finish.
