Exhibit Product The citrus fruit "Jabara" is said to have been named for its ability to "expel evil spirits" (known as Ja-wo-harau in Japanese). Due to its limited annual harvest of around 300 tons nationwide, it is often called the "phantom fruit."

The fruit is slightly larger than a yuzu, featuring a unique aroma and distinct acidity. Its juice is delicious when mixed with honey, soda, or alcohol.

Jabara has gained significant attention for its potential to suppress Type I allergies, such as hay fever and atopic dermatitis. In 2019, our joint research with Osaka Metropolitan University confirmed that Jabara helps alleviate hay fever symptoms and enhances antioxidant capacity.
