Domestically sourced condiment ingredients are combined with seaweed salt from Tsushima. Made without any artificial seasonings or preservatives, it boasts a natural flavor that never gets old, making it a popular choice.
The raw version of "Neri Shichimi" retains the aroma and flavor of the ingredients through minimal heat treatment during the sterilization process.

Yuzu Ichimi is a blend of yuzu from Wakayama Prefecture and chili peppers from Kikaijima, Kagoshima Prefecture.
One sprinkle will fill your dish with the aroma of yuzu, further deepening the flavor of your dish.
We also pay special attention to the yuzu peel, and peel the yuzu by hand at harvest time, resulting in a fragrant peel that is not bitter or harsh.
