A Jerusalem artichoke specialty store using 100% Hokkaido-grown purple Jerusalem artichokes. Jerusalem artichokes are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers on a vast 20-hectare plot of land in Hokkaido.
Hokkaido Jerusalem artichokes are not only produced and harvested, but also cultivated through breeding research and selective breeding to ensure they are highly nutritious.
We conduct soil testing (for residual pesticides and heavy metals) and water quality tests at the farms where they are grown, and have obtained JAS organic certification. We use the high-quality Jerusalem artichokes harvested on our own farm to make tea and fried foods. OEM orders available.

Iida Shoten is a long-established seafood processor based in Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture, with a history dating back to the Meiji era. We specialize in boneless fish products, mainly mackerel, horse mackerel, Atka mackerel, and red fish. Each piece is carefully deboned by hand. In particular, we will be showcasing our frozen thick tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) products, which are suitable for export.
