We are a Japanese confectionery ingredient manufacturer, with shiratamako (glutinous rice flour for rice dumplings) as our flagship product. Our "shiratamako" and "frozen shiratama," produced in Chiba Prefecture, are highly regarded ingredients that are regularly used in dessert menus at restaurants, convenience stores, and other outlets. We would also like to introduce our "frozen small shiratama," small rice dumplings weighing just 1 gram each. In addition, we offer specialty products such as kinako made from domestically grown soybeans, and boiled adzuki beans made only with adzuki beans, salt, and sugar. If you have any inquiries or requests regarding Japanese confectionery ingredients or flour-related products, please feel free to contact us.

This product is made by cooking adzuki beans while retaining plenty of moisture, then mixing them with sugar and packing them into cans. To bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients, we use adzuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, granulated sugar from Hokkaido Tokachi beets, and only domestically produced salt. Because it is not cooked down like traditional sweet red bean paste, the beans remain large, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of the adzuki beans when you bite into them.
