At our booth, we will be showcasing commercial-use tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) products that utilize Japan's egg processing technology. We will be showcasing three products: "Frozen Thick Omelet," "Kyoto-style Rolled Omelet," and "Omelet for Sandwiches," each of which will be offered in a variety of applications and serving situations.

In particular, we will be showcasing our frozen thick tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) products, which are suitable for export. They maintain a fluffy texture and consistent quality even after thawing, making them suitable for a wide range of overseas commercial uses, including sushi, Japanese cuisine, and bento lunches.
