Iida Shoten – A Trusted Seafood Processor from Choshi, Japan

Iida Shoten is a long-established seafood processor based in Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture, with a history dating back to the Meiji era. We specialize in boneless fish products, mainly mackerel, horse mackerel, Atka mackerel, and red fish. Each piece is carefully deboned by hand. Our products have ranked No.1 for two years in a row on a major Japanese e-commerce site out of over 200 million items.

At this exhibition, we are showcasing a wide variety of items including unsalted fillets, fish marinated in mirin or Saikyo miso, vinegared mackerel, fried horse mackerel, and small-cut fillets. All products are boneless, made from wild fish, and produced with minimal additives to meet global export standards.
