Over a hundred years have passed since our founder, kyutaro Nakazono, began making pickles in Kagoshima in 1912 (Meiji 45). The traditional techniques have been passed down, earning trust and recognition from our customers for many years. Since our establishment, we have consistently used fresh vegetables sourced locally from Kagoshima to create delicious pickles. We sincerely invite you to enjoy the traditional skills that Kagoshima proudly offers.

We manufacture and sell blended powdered soup stocks made from a variety of natural ingredients, including traditional Japanese bonito flakes (katsuobushi), dried sardines (niboshi), flying fish (ago-bushi), kelp (kombu), and shiitake mushrooms.
We also produce smoked nuts using the same equipment traditionally used for smoking bonito flakes — a unique snack that pairs perfectly with drinks.
Recently, we have expanded our product line to include freeze-dried powdered miso and instant miso soup bases that can be easily prepared just by adding hot water.
