    At our company, we raise our proprietary brand “Oda Beef” for approximately two years until shipment. We don't use feed containing antibiotics, instead developing our own custom feed formula. The cattle are raised under strict hygiene conditions and meticulous husbandry management. Oda Beef is a branded beef from producers raising cattle at a farm specializing in Japanese Black cattle. Its defining characteristic is that feeding rice and barley lowers the melting point of the fat, preventing it from lingering unpleasantly in the mouth. You can enjoy the authentic umami flavor of Japanese Black beef.
