Over a hundred years have passed since our founder, kyutaro Nakazono, began making pickles in Kagoshima in 1912 (Meiji 45). The traditional techniques have been passed down, earning trust and recognition from our customers for many years. Since our establishment, we have consistently used fresh vegetables sourced locally from Kagoshima to create delicious pickles. We sincerely invite you to enjoy the traditional skills that Kagoshima proudly offers.

This product is made using a traditional method: radishes cultivated in the warm
climate of the southern regions and in suitable volcanic ash soil are hung to dry for an extended period during the coldest months. They are then salt-cured and sealed to enhance their flavor. Once pickled, they are thinly sliced and marinated in a special seasoning liquid.
