Our company mainly processes seafood such as mozuku, akamoku, and nanbanzuke. The seasoning liquid is also processed in-house, using almost no food additives and making it as natural as possible to create a body-friendly flavor that is particular about ingredients and manufacturing methods. In particular, red caramel is called a superfood and is a surprisingly sticky seaweed. The hard and bitter stem part is removed and the leaves are used for delicious eating, so please try it.

Our factory is located in Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture, a town known for its fisheries. We primarily process domestically sourced squid and also manufacture and sell processed products made from horse mackerel, sardines, and other fish landed in Sakaiminato.
