FISAN is a Centenary family business (since 1920), specialising in the traditional and artisanal production of different Iberian pork products.

We are located in the Guijuelo Denomination of Origin Regulating Council in Salamanca. This area, due to the height of the city, the low temperatures and the traditional production system, let us obtain a very tasteful product. Furthermore, we have the control throughout all processes from the beginning, controlling every step in the productive chain including farms, transport, slaughtering, splitting, salting, drying, packaging and hand slice process.

FISAN is the only Iberian Ham producer member of the “Foro de Marcas Renombradas Españolas”, the most select club of Spanish Companies.

FISAN has been collaborating with some of the most prestigious Chefs from our country: Ricard Camarena, Diego Guerrero or the Hermanos Torres (few ** and *** Michelin Stars Chefs of Spain), among many others.

The Company currently exports to more than 25 countries (to almost all of Europe, China, UK, Switzerland, Australia, the Arab Emirates, Mexico, Canada and the USA, among others).
