The cookie and natural sweets production company from Latvia “Kārumu Fabrika” Ltd. was established in 1992. Through years of work, the company has grown into a considerable exporter to more than 20 countries with a wide product portfolio that includes a lot of vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free and organic goods. The company currently works with two brands. “MONS” for conventional products and “BIO YUGA” for organic products. The company has IFS Food certificate.

Exhibit Product Our portfolio spans craft cider, craft beer, soft drinks, ready-to-drink cocktails, functional drinks, spirits and private-label solutions.

Everything we create follows a Nordic approach to beverages: clean formulations, carefully chosen natural ingredients and deep respect for raw materials.

The majority of our beverages are developed and produced in cans, across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic categories - a format we value for its practicality, sustainability and global relevance.
Our spirits are crafted and bottled separately, with the same focus on clarity, balance, and premium presentation.

Across all categories, we design beverages that are refined, export-ready, and aligned with contemporary international craft and lifestyle trends.
We already have hands-on experience in the Japanese market, and our products were available for tasting during World Expo Osaka 2025, served through vending machines at the Latvian Pavilion - a format that perfectly reflects our belief in accessibility, quality and everyday moments done well.
