We introduce gluten-free rice flour and rice flour products made from Japanese rice, as well as polished rice and packed cooked rice.
●Rice flour is gluten-free, making it safe for people with wheat allergies. It absorbs less oil, which results in a crispy, satisfying finish for fried foods. Furthermore, by adjusting the amount of water, you can enjoy a wide range of textures from chewy to crispy, which expands its cooking possibilities.
●Instant noodles and ramen made with rice flour offer a chewy texture and a light, refreshing taste. Being gluten-free, they are a low-calorie and low-fat food option.
●Japanese polished white rice is highly valued as a vital ingredient for traditional Japanese cuisine (Washoku), including sushi.
●Packed cooked rice is popular due to its convenience-simply heating up Japanese rice in a microwave for a few minutes makes it ready to eat. Since it can also be stored at room temperature for a long time, it is useful for disaster preparedness stockpiles.
●In the demonstration corner, famous chefs and sweets planners will demonstrate rice flour recipes.
●We will be distributing a collection of rice flour recipes.
