Our co-exhibitor is exhibiting rice flour for bread, rice flour for confectionery, and various mixed flours, all made from Japanese-grown rice.
We also hold regular product demonstrations.
《Main features of rice flour》
●Gluten-free:Since it does not contain the protein (gluten) found in wheat flour, it can be used as an alternative food for people with wheat allergies.
●distinctive texture:It has a chewy, fluffy, and moist texture, and also has the advantage of being easy to bite into and melts in your mouth.
●Low oil absorption rate:It absorbs less oil than wheat flour, so when used in deep-frying, it gives the batter a crispy texture and prevents it from becoming sticky over time. It's also a healthy option.
●Easy to use in cooking:The particles are fine and smooth, so there is no need to sift.Also, since it does not contain gluten, it is less likely to clump and is easier to cook.
Due to these characteristics, rice flour is used in a variety of dishes, including bread, sweets, tempura, and white sauce.
