Exhibit Product Our flagship product, “Matsuyama Age,” offers a long shelf life of up to one year at room temperature, unlike ordinary fried tofu which has a much shorter shelf life. It can be stored without worrying about expiration dates and is always ready to use whenever you need it.

Using our unique production method, tofu is sliced to about 3 millimeters, compressed to remove moisture, and carefully fried in canola oil. This process creates a texture unlike any other—crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. No oil draining is required; simply break it by hand and add it directly to miso soup to enjoy a juicy, chewy texture filled with rich broth.

Matsuyama Age comes in a variety of sizes, including pre-cut options, making cooking quick and convenient. Made without chemical additives and using non-GMO Canadian soybeans, it is a safe and natural food product carefully managed from raw materials onward.
