Specialities,Sales point
Founded in 1867 (Keio 3), Yamadaya has preserved its traditional flavor through a closely guarded family succession, passed down from one generation to the next.
Made with carefully selected Hokkaido-grown azuki beans, our smooth red bean paste is meticulously refined and wrapped in an exceptionally thin layer of dough. These bite-sized manju are characterized by their moderate sweetness and clean, refreshing finish.
During the summer, we recommend enjoying them frozen for a different texture and flavor experience. - Countries of Trade
